Ubigenza gute mu gucagura imfungurwa zibereye zifitiye akamaro umubiri?
Gufungura neza, ni nkenerwa cane kugira ngo umuntu ashobore kugira imibereho myiza irangwa n’amagara meza. Ngizi impanuro zimwe zimwe:
