Ingaburo n'iki?
Ingaburo, ni ubwoko bw’imfungurwa wihereza n’uko bingana hafatiwe kuvyo umubiri wawe ukeneye. Ingaburo nziza, ni igihe umuntu afungura ibiri mu ndya biri ngirakamaro (nutriments) bikwiranye n’ivyo umubiri ukeneye.
